Mica Firewall Core:

Copper conductors wrapped in mica tap resist temperatures up to 800°C, preventing conductor exposure during prolonged fires—exceeding IEC 60331 and BS 6387 standards 

Unlike standard cables, mica maintains circuit integrity for sprinklers and smoke exhaust fans when flames engulf conduits. XLPE + LSZH Armor: XLPE insulation withstands 90°C continuous hea and 250°C short-circuit spikes (5 seconds), outperforming PVC's 70°C limit while resisting electrical degradation .Zero-halogen LSZH sheathing educes toxic smoke to <0.5% HCl (IEC 60754-1) and ensures>60% light transmittance (IEC 61034), critical for evacuation visibility .

Mechanical Resilience:

Steel tape armoring (e.g., SC1-FPB-CE2 models) protects against falling debris and water spray during firefighting 

Cold-climate flexibility: Preheating enables installation at -30°C, with operational stability from -40°C to 90°C.
