Aluminum stranded wire is a conductor made by tightly twisting multiple high-purity aluminum wires (usually with a purity of 99.5% or higher) together in a spiral manner.Aluminum has abundant reserves and a price much lower than copper, making it highly cost-effective in large-scale power transmission projects.

Commonly used for distribution lines with lower voltage levels (such as 10kV and below), rural power grids, and as leads for transformers and distribution equipment.  Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR), the center consists of one or more high-strength galvanized steel wires, which are then twisted with multiple layers of aluminum wires.This structure perfectly combines the conductivity of aluminum and the mechanical strength of steel, allowing it to withstand enormous tension and harsh weather conditions such as strong winds and ice and snow.(ACSR) has become an irreplaceable "protagonist" in the field of modern high-voltage transmission due to its excellent conductivity and extremely high mechanical strength.
